Seven long years ago I did a six week beginners cake decorating course.
Since then I dabbled in cake making and decorating until in April 2011 I got married and decided that I would make my own wedding cake.
Since that time I have been asked by friends, family and complete strangers to make cakes for their weddings and special occasions.
